Coldcuts currently delivers orders within Bangalore city limits only.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 7:00 PM will be processed for same-day delivery, subject to delivery slot availability, or delivered on the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Slots

Customers can choose from the following delivery slots (subject to availability):

  • Morning: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

  • Evening: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Frozen & Perishable Goods Handling

  • All frozen and perishable products are packed in insulated and temperature-controlled packaging to maintain freshness and hygiene.

  • Once dispatched, we aim to deliver your order within 2–4 hours, depending on your location within Bangalore.

Delivery Conditions

  • Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of order placement.

  • Customers are requested to ensure someone is available to receive the order during the selected delivery slot to allow for a safe and timely hand-over.

  • In case the customer is unavailable, re-delivery may be rescheduled based on slot availability.

Delays & Exceptions

While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to traffic conditions, weather issues, high demand, or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, our team will contact you and arrange the next available delivery slot.
