Coldcuts is committed to providing high-quality frozen and perishable food products while maintaining a transparent and fair cancellation and refund process.
Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery slot or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once an order has been processed for dispatch, packed, or handed over for delivery, cancellation will not be possible, especially for frozen or perishable items.

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible, either by contacting our customer service team or through your online account, where available.

Requests received after the cut-off time or after dispatch may not be accepted.
Refund Request Time

For issues such as damaged, spoiled, incorrectly delivered, or missing items, customers must notify us within 12 hours of receiving the delivery.

As our products are frozen and perishable in nature, customers are strongly advised to inspect all items immediately upon delivery.

Requests received after the 12-hour timeframe may not be accepted, or may be considered only at the sole discretion of Coldcuts.
Refund & Replacement Eligibility

Refunds or replacements will be considered only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, spoiled, or not as described.

All refund or replacement requests must be supported with relevant details, images, or proof, as requested by our customer service team.

All requests are subject to verification and approval by Coldcuts.
Product Mismatch or Quality Concerns

If you believe the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet expected quality standards, you must notify our customer support team within 12 hours of delivery.

After review, Coldcuts will take an appropriate decision regarding refund, replacement, or rejection of the request.
Manufacturer Warranty

For products that carry a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested to contact the manufacturer directly.
Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 4–6 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that bank or payment gateway processing times may cause additional delays beyond our control.

Shipping or delivery charges may not be refunded, or a partial refund may apply, especially in cases where delivery has been attempted or successfully completed.
